Packplus Linear and Cut Gate filling systems provide fast and accurate packaging of products in granule, powder and grain form with precise weighing and controlled filling mechanisms. Here are the technical highlights of these systems:
- Filling Accuracy: It minimizes the filling waste rate by working with a precision of ± 0.5 – 2 grams.
- Speed: Depending on the product type and filling weight, it offers a filling speed between 15 – 60 packages per minute.
- Working Principle: While product flow is provided with the help of vibrating channels in Linear systems, the Cut Gate mechanism completes the filling in a controlled manner with a fast open / close cover system.
- Capacity: It can fill from 100 gr to 25 kg according to different product weights.
